Each room has fast and reliable WiFi connection, allowing you to stay connected with the outside world. Thanks to the black-out curtains, the morning sun won’t disturb your rest.

The accommodation can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 2 days before arrival by 2 PM. For cancellations after this time, no-shows, or early departures, the accommodation is entitled to charge a penalty up to the amount of the deposit. We are unable to hold non-guaranteed reservations.

In case of cancellation within the free cancellation period, we charge an administration fee of 5% of the amount paid, but a minimum of 3,000 HUF. We have 14 days to refund the amount, as stipulated by law. The amount will be refunded after deducting the administration fee, for which we will issue an invoice.

Accommodation is free for children aged 0-3.99 years. After the 4th birthday, the full price (excluding tourist tax) is payable.

For our adult guests, the extra bed does not provide comfortable accommodation, therefore we recommend booking a separate room. For 3 or 4 people, we recommend our superior rooms. A baby cot is available for our guests upon request.

Free outdoor parking is available in front of the hotel.

You can reach the accommodation from the railway station with the following buses: 12, 12A, 12Y, 30, 30A, 30B, 31, 31A (https://www.volanbusz.hu/hu/menetrendek/helyi-jaratok/gyor)

Tickets can be purchased from the vending machine at the bus stop.

Get on at the “Városháza” (City Hall) stop. The railway station is marked in blue below. When you exit, turn right and then immediately left onto Városháza tér (City Hall Square) street. There are many bus stops here, in two rows:

Get off at the “Vágóhíd utca” (Slaughterhouse Street) stop, at Pedro Bakery (bus stop icon marked in red).

From here, heading towards Kandó Kálmán utca, the hotel is at the location marked in red (Győr, Kandó K. utca 1.), about 150 meters away.

A taxi is a quick and convenient solution, especially with luggage or in bad weather.

For our guests, we provide breakfast upon request for group bookings of at least 15 people.

For individual guests, we recommend the PEDRO bakery and café located across the street from the entrance, on the far corner. Address: Vágóhíd u. 2. (approx. 200 meters). Opening hours: Monday to Saturday Pedro Bakery and Café, Győr, Vágóhíd u. 2. You can virtually view the inside of the Bakery here.

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 14⁰⁰.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate the rooms by 10⁰⁰.

Depending on occupancy, the earliest you can occupy the room is at 11:00 AM, provided our housekeepers have finished preparing the rooms.

Depending on occupancy, in case of late check-out, you can stay in the room free of charge until 10:00 AM. Every subsequent hour started will incur a cost of 5,000 HUF for the guest.
